Most important rules (read this first)

• Teams must be 2–3 members. Teams outside this will be disqualified.
• Build window is exactly 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4 hours).
• Submission deadline is 2:15 PM sharp. Late submission = disqualification.
• Core logic must be written during the build phase. No pre-written project work.
• Mandatory submission: presentation deck (PPT) + demo video + GitHub link. </aside>

1) Introduction

FORGE 1.0 is a hands-on product buildathon that emphasizes execution over ideation. This is not a pitch competition and not a slide-deck event. Participants are expected to build functional, working systems that solve real operational challenges within the designated timeframe.
